Returns & Exchanges
Kindly note that no refunds, exchanges or cancellation once order has been paid. Return or exchange request will be reviewed on a case by case basis. We will only replace items if they are defective/ damaged, in the event that the item is out of stock and we cannot do an exchange, we will proceed to do a full refund. Returns & Exchanges are not applicable to sale items or products otherwise stated of its imperfections.
Any requests for returns & exchanges are only valid for 7 working days upon item delivery date.
Returnable items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered with original packaging intact.
Please drop us an email at shop.weselllove@gmail.com with your order number and image proof of the defective/ damaged good. We will reply you within 3 working days. When an exchange and return request has been approved, we will mail out the new item within 3 working days. Alternatively, in the event that the item is no longer available, a full refund will be made within 7 working days depending on your mode of payment/ payment provider.
